1) Processing Times
- Order confirmation: Sent immediately after payment is received.
- Processing window: 1 working day for in-stock items.
- Cut-off time: Orders placed after 14:00 GMT are processed the next working day.
2) Shipping Methods & Estimates
All orders are dispatched from within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Next Day Delivery) as standard. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during weekends, bank holidays, or peak periods.
- UK Mainland: Typically 1 working day after dispatch.
- Northern Ireland & Channel Islands: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- International: 5–14 working days after dispatch (customs-dependent).
- Tracking: A Royal Mail tracking link is sent as soon as your order ships.
3) Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are correct at checkout.
- Momentum Peptides is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, missed deliveries, or uncollected parcels.
- Returned parcels due to address errors may incur re-shipping fees.
4) Customs, Duties & Import Rules
Customers outside the UK are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import laws and paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees. Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control.
Important: All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. Please verify that import is permitted in your country before ordering.
5) Packaging & Handling
- Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging for discretion and security.
- Protective materials are used to maintain product integrity during transit.
- Please store products according to label instructions immediately upon receipt.
6) Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have been shipped or opened.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7) Lost or Delayed Parcels
- If tracking shows “delivered,” please check with household members or your local delivery office.
- For missing or delayed shipments, we will liaise with Royal Mail to initiate an investigation. Please allow their standard resolution period before a replacement or refund is considered.
- Any resolution (replacement or refund) will be at our discretion based on the investigation outcome.
8) Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
9) Payment Methods
We accept secure payments via approved UK gateways (e.g. debit/credit card, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency where supported). Orders ship only after payment is confirmed in full.
