Momentum Rewards — Programme Terms
Member Terms
Version 1.0 — Effective 30 July 2026. These terms govern the Momentum Rewards programme (the “Programme”) operated by Momentum Peptides (“we”, “us”). By joining the Programme you accept these terms. Your acceptance, including the version accepted and the date, is recorded against your account.
1. The Programme
The Programme rewards registered customers (“Members”) in three ways: a one-time joining credit, referral credit when a new customer orders through a Member’s personal code or link, and a stamp card that rewards qualifying orders. All rewards are issued exclusively as pounds sterling (GBP) store credit. Store credit has no cash value, cannot be paid out, transferred, exchanged, or converted to money in any form, and can only be used at momentumpeptides.com.
2. Eligibility and enrolment
Membership is open to registered customers who complete the signup form and accept these terms. One membership per person, per household, and per customer account. We may decline or revoke membership at our discretion. On enrolment you receive a personal referral coupon code and a referral link; both identify you as the referrer.
3. Research use
All products sold by Momentum Peptides are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human or veterinary consumption. Nothing in the Programme changes this. If you share your code or link publicly, anything you publish in connection with Momentum Peptides, its products, your code, or your link must not state or imply consumption or use of the products by any person or animal, must not include instructions relating to preparation of products for use, and must not include claims about physiological effects or outcomes. Breach of this section is treated under section 10.
4. Joining credit
On successful enrolment you receive a one-time credit of £5. It is issued once per person, per household, and per account, ever, and may be automatically held for review where enrolment details appear connected to an existing membership (section 9).
5. Referral credit
You earn credit when a new customer — someone with no previous completed order with us — places their first order using your code or your referral link, and that order reaches completed status. The reward is a percentage (currently 10%; see section 11) of that order’s product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping, tax, and any portion paid with store credit (the “qualifying value”). Attribution: a referral code used at checkout always takes priority; otherwise a referral link visit within the previous 30 days attributes the order to the first link clicked. One referral reward per order, without exception. Your referral coupon gives the referred customer a discount (currently 10%) on the order where it is used; each customer can use a given referral coupon once, it cannot be combined with any other coupon, and we may refuse it where we reasonably suspect misuse. Self-referral is prohibited: you cannot earn credit on your own orders or orders you place on another person’s behalf.
6. Stamp card
Every completed order with a qualifying value of £50 or more earns one stamp. Orders of £250 or more earn two stamps; orders of £500 or more earn three. When your card reaches four stamps, £20 store credit is added to your account automatically. Stamps beyond four carry over to your next card, and the card repeats without limit. If an order that earned stamps is refunded so that its qualifying value falls below a stamp threshold, the affected stamps — and any reward they completed — are reversed under section 8.
7. Spending credit
Credit is available to spend immediately once issued (rewards held for review under section 9 are available only if approved). Credit can be applied at checkout, in part or in full, on orders with a product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and tax, of £100 or more. No credit is earned on any portion of an order paid with store credit.
8. Refunds and reversals
If an order that earned credit or stamps is refunded in whole or in part, or subject to a chargeback, the corresponding reward is reversed proportionally. Because credit is spendable immediately, a reversal may take your balance negative; a negative balance is offset against future credit before anything new becomes spendable.
9. Review of rewards
Rewards may be automatically held for review — for example where referrer and purchaser appear connected, where enrolment details match an existing membership, or where volume limits are exceeded. Held rewards are released or declined at our reasonable discretion. We may request information from you as part of a review.
10. Suspension, breach and forfeiture
We may suspend or terminate a membership for breach of these terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or misuse of the Programme. On termination for breach, all credit is forfeited, and we reserve the right to reverse credit already spent, including by negative balance offset. Suspended members do not earn credit or stamps.
11. Changes and termination of the Programme
Reward and discount percentages, stamp thresholds, card size, the joining credit, the minimum order value for spending credit, and the attribution window are Programme settings that we may change prospectively at any time; changes never reduce credit already earned. We may modify these terms (a new version with a new effective date, requiring re-acceptance where the changes are material) or end the Programme, in which case existing credit will remain usable for at least 90 days.
12. General
You are responsible for any tax consequences of Programme participation. The Programme does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship. Our liability in connection with the Programme is limited to the value of the credit in question. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and nothing in them affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stands.

Partner Terms
Version 1.0 — Effective 30 July 2026. These terms apply to Members promoted to the Partner tier. They apply in addition to the Member Terms (v1.0), which remain binding in full. Where these terms are stricter, these terms prevail. Partner status is granted, and may be withdrawn, by Momentum Peptides at its sole discretion.
1. The Partner tier
Partners earn store credit (currently 15%; a Programme setting that may change prospectively) on all attributed orders, not only first orders — subject to the same attribution rules, reward base, one-reward-per-order rule, spending rules, and reversal rules as in the Member Terms. All Partner rewards are GBP store credit only. There are no cash payouts of any kind, for any tier, ever.
2. Content and promotion standards
This section is the condition on which Partner status rests. In any content you create, publish, post, share, or send — publicly or privately, on any platform, in any format — that references Momentum Peptides, its products, your referral code, or your referral link, you must not: (1) state or imply that any product is for, or has been, consumed or used by any person or animal; (2) include any information about quantities, frequencies, schedules, routes, or methods relating to use of any product, or instructions for preparing any product for use; (3) make any claim about physiological, health, therapeutic, cosmetic, performance, or other outcomes of any product, including through testimonials, personal anecdotes, implications, or before/after comparisons; (4) give, or appear to give, medical or veterinary advice in connection with any product; (5) describe the products as anything other than materials supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes, where a description is given.
Additionally, you must not: post your code or link on coupon or deal aggregator sites; send unsolicited bulk messages containing your code or link; bid on Momentum Peptides brand terms in paid search; present yourself as Momentum Peptides or as our employee or agent; or direct any promotion at minors. Where you promote in a context requiring disclosure of a material connection — including under UK consumer-protection law and ASA/CAP guidance on affiliate marketing — you must disclose that you earn store credit from referrals.
These standards apply regardless of intent, platform norms, or what others post. “Everyone talks like that on that forum” is not a defence.
3. Enforcement
We monitor Programme activity and may review any Partner’s promotion at any time. On breach of section 2, or on serious or repeated breach of any other provision, we may — immediately and without prior notice: suspend or terminate Partner status and Programme membership; forfeit the Partner’s entire credit balance; reverse credit already redeemed, including by negative balance offset against the account, and reserve the right to recover the value of redeemed credit obtained through breach; refuse re-enrolment. We will identify the breaching content on request. A first, minor, promptly-corrected breach may at our discretion result in a warning and content-removal requirement instead; nothing obliges us to offer this.
4. Removal on request
If we ask you to remove or amend content referencing Momentum Peptides, its products, or your code or link, you must do so within 48 hours. Failure to do so is itself a breach of section 2.
5. Relationship and compliance
Partner status does not create employment, agency, partnership, or any authority to bind Momentum Peptides. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your promotion — including consumer-protection law, advertising-disclosure rules, and platform rules — and for any tax consequences of your rewards.
6. Term, changes, and ending
We may modify these terms by issuing a new version with a new effective date; material changes require re-acceptance to retain Partner status. Either party may end Partner participation at any time; on ending without breach, you revert to the Member tier and earned credit is unaffected. Sections 2–4 survive for content created while a Partner. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
